Our Attorney
Kaden is an analytical and systematic thinker who applies that skill set to the legal profession. Kaden graduated from Liberty University School of Law where he took a special interest in business law and bioethics. While in law school he spent his summers in North Carolina serving that community’s business and family law needs.
Prior to law school, Kaden earned an undergraduate degree in Finance equipping him for practice in business law. Some of his previous work in the business law arena included international contract dispute mediation, international labor law, and international conflict of laws work. Kaden now enjoys working with small business owners in forming, protecting, litigating claims lodged against them.
As a Christian, Kaden brings a unique perspective to family law. Kaden has represented clients in divorce, domestic violence protective proceedings, and child custody disputes. His perspective is one that understands that no one plans for family law issues and aims to help clients navigate these difficult times with compassion and understanding.
Kaden takes his academic interest in bioethics and applies that to assisting clients in making important estate planning decisions. From helping clients in drafting wills, to forming burial arrangements, and drafting healthcare power of attorneys so that individuals and loved ones can have peace of mind as they prepare for end of life. Kaden takes a personable approach to his estate planning practice.
Kaden moved to Alaska to be able to better enjoy the outdoors. He hopes to one day build a homestead where he can enjoy the simple life.
